Sometimes you wonder just what is going on in the heads of our local government and its bureaucrats who make funding decisions.

Things had become tangled in processes and mistakes, that a decision was promulgated that would have seen the loss of funding to an important umbrella organisation for small disabilities groups.

Shout has a successful history and everyone has been stunned by this decision. But – following some serious lobbying – the decision was reversed – sort of.
