Commentary: Urban Design Fails at Ground Zero

There’s a very thorough article about the combined architectural and developer and government mishandling of the whole ground zero site in New York.

In the end the author states that the citizens expected an improvement to the urban landscape, but this has not delivered. In fact it has been worsened while certain people have profited and the governments failed in the duty completely.
