Silent rooftop wind turbines could generate half of a household’s energy needs

While the Australian Government is doing all in its power to prop up and subsidies its big coal mates, developments are on the horizon that just may see that the energy solution could be even more local than we imagined.

Technology coming out of the Netherlands points to the possibility that each household could generate their own mixture of solar and wind power. Fingers crossed that this could happen soon.
